In Spring 2015, we surveyed over 300 of our consumer research panel members to identify current consumer issues.
Our questions were deliberately broad. Respondents were asked to provide up to three answers to each of four open questions, writing no more than 150 words in each answer.
The questions were:

- What you don’t like
- What you need
- Your tips
The questionnaire was available online and in print and large print and people could phone in their answers to Rica.
