- 81% overall performance score (recommended)
Thin panel aerial for fixing to a wall or window, or can be hidden behind furniture - easy to find best position. Good sensitivity over most of the band. Should pick up all channels in medium and some weaker signal areas. We found it slightly awkward to construct - see Flaws in the chart below.
|Stable?||Yes, if used according to instructions - not intended for free standing or set-top use|
|Flaws during testing?||Difficult to attach clamp to antenna panel; supplied cable loose in panel socket - fell out|
|Instructions||Yes - very brief|
|Usefulness of instructions||Minimal information - mainly just connection diagrams - and tiny font|
|Aerial cable length||Very long|
|Amplifier (signal booster)||Yes, built-in|
|Power||Mains or through some set-top boxes|
|Power cable length||Long|
For the criteria by which we judged performance, see our notes on Test methods.
